Three Gorges underground power station main transformer full localization

The first SFP-840MVA/500kV main transformer independently designed and manufactured by Baoding Tianwei Baochang Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Tianwei Baochang) for the Yangtze River Three Gorges Project underground power station has been successfully shipped and shipped. Its main technical performance indicators have reached the international level. Leading level. The successful development of this product marks the full realization of the main transformer of the underground power station of the Three Gorges Project in the Yangtze River.

The State Council Three Gorges Construction Committee and China Three Gorges Corporation have attached great importance to the design and manufacturing of the main transformer of the Three Gorges Underground Power Station. They dispatched leading experts to visit the production site and witnessed the whole process of product testing.

The relevant person in charge of Tianwei Baochang stated that due to the user's requirement that the product be able to serve as a standby phase for the main transformer products on the left bank and the right bank of the Three Gorges Project, the product design is based on the German Siemens design scheme and is based on the domestic level of process technology for independent innovation. Way to proceed. In the development of the product, Tianwei Baochang conducted in-depth research on the characteristics of the required raw materials, and selected reasonable domestic materials to replace imported materials, and completed the localization of the product. At the same time, through repeated studies and precise calculations, the original German Siemens drawings have been optimized to make the product more excellent. The test results show that the product has the advantages of reasonable structure, low loss, low partial discharge, low noise, and no local overheating.

It is reported that in January of this year Tianwei Bao signed a total of six SFP-840MVA/500kV main transformer contract. According to the requirements of the contract, six products will be delivered one after another from 2010 to 2011.
