TBEA 220kv cross-linked cable successfully entered the nuclear market

Recently, TBEA Lu cable received a 220kv cross-linked cable qualified supplier qualification certificate issued by China Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd. Quality and Safety Department. The successful acquisition of this certificate marks the successful entry of our high-voltage cable products into the CNNC market. As one of the only three 220kv cross-linked cable companies in the CNNC, our company is qualified for bidding, contract signing and supply of 220kv high-voltage cables for all EPC contracted nuclear power plant projects of China National Nuclear Power Engineering Corporation. At the same time, it also laid a solid foundation for the company's participation in the high-voltage cable bidding of the CNNC nuclear power project in the later period.

China Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd. is currently the only nuclear power EPC project general contracting company with nuclear power design as the leader, the strongest and most professionally equipped. It is responsible for the Fujian Fuqing Nuclear Power Phase I Project, Fangjiashan Nuclear Power Project, and the Hunan Taohuajiang Nuclear Power Project. The EPC general contracting work for nuclear power projects such as Units Nos. 5-8 of Jiangsu Tianwan Nuclear Power Station Expansion Project, Hainan Changjiang Nuclear Power Station, and the preliminary demonstration of all nuclear power sites and proposed projects within CNNC. The prospect of cooperation with our company is very broad.

China National Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd. has stricter selection of qualified suppliers. The review includes four parts: business, technology, finance, and quality assurance. There are many review procedures, involving a total of 15 units in eight units in Beijing and Zhengzhou. In the review process, the content of each assessment is carefully considered. If there is a slight lack of compliance, it will be judged to be unqualified.

The handling of the qualified suppliers' review condenses the great efforts of the leaders of the TBEA Lu cable, the sales support department, and the marketing frontline personnel. Through unremitting efforts by all, the review passed smoothly, from review approval, submission of information to four parts of the assessment of business, technology, quality assurance, and finance, and then to the issuance of a qualified supplier certificate. Our company took less than 10 working days in total before and after the company. The regular review cycle of “the longest half year and the shortest 3 months” announced by the nuclear power engineering company is much shorter.
