奥光电子双G.LED灯投产并着手申请专利

【高工LED讯】日前,奥光电子有限公司的双G.LED照明灯项目落户惠来县并投入批量生产。该项目由奥光电子自行研究、设计,应用LED最新科技、最新光源技术,得到了中科院广州分院的相关工程技术人员和专业人员的技术数据支持。
 
奥光电子有限公司称其生产的双G.LED照明灯,攻克了发热、刺眼两项LED照明灯普遍存在的技术难题,在确保标定功率的前提下,实现了低温升:光线柔和、不刺眼的预定技术设计目标。
 
同时称该产品采用了流线型的外观设计和智慧型的散热设计理念,具有高效节能(比白炽灯、一般节能灯省电达到80%)、使用寿命长(大于等于20000小时)、低碳环保(无辐射、冷光源、典型的绿色照明光源)等特点。
 
目前,该公司已经向国家商标管理局申报双G牌LED照明灯注册商标,并着手申报外观设计、智慧型散热器及线路板设计3项技术专利。
 
据了解,奥光电子有限公司从今年2月底筹建至成立乃至双G.LED照明灯项目的正式投产,仅用55天的速度,便完成了市场调查、技术论证与试验、产品定型、设备调试安装、人员组建等项工作,成功投产投放市场。
