This instrument is designed to measure lime dosage, cement dosage, and the effective calcium oxide content in lime. It provides accurate and real-time readings for various construction materials, ensuring precise control during mixing processes.

[Instructions]

1) Function Selection: This button allows users to select different measurement functions, such as mV (Potentiometer), C1 (Lime Dosage), C2 (Cement Dosage), and CaO (Calcium Oxide). Pressing the function selection key unlocks the data for viewing or adjustment.

2) Calibration: Press the calibration button to enter the calibration mode within 3 seconds. In this mode, you can toggle between different calibration items. Enter calibration points 1 and 2 to complete the calibration process.

3) Automatic Measurement: After pressing the automatic measurement button, the stirring mechanism will start automatically. The motor will stop after 60 seconds, and the display will lock the reading after 20 more seconds. To unlock, press the function selection key again.

4) Clear: This function clears the current voltage reading and is only available in mV mode. It helps reset the zero point and displays the potential difference between two measurements.

5) Print: Used to print the current test results. Ensure the printer is powered on, the data cable is properly connected, and the paper and ribbon are installed correctly before printing.

6) Start/Stop: This button controls the operation of the stirring motor, allowing users to start or stop the mixing process as needed.

7) Speed Control: Adjusts the speed of the mixing motor. You can choose between three speeds: forward, backward, or a fixed speed.

8) Power Supply: Switches the instrument’s power on or off.
