Littelfuse Introduces IGBT Module and Rectifier Diode Module
Littelfuse has recently expanded its power control semiconductor product line by introducing two new additions. The newly launched half-bridge IGBT modules are available in industry-standard S, D, or WD packages, with voltage ratings up to 1200V and current capacities of up to 600A. These modules leverage advanced IGBT technology to deliver reliable, high-speed switching performance, making them ideal for a wide range of power control applications such as AC motor drives, motion and servo controllers, inverters, power supplies, and solar inverters.
In addition to the IGBT modules, Littelfuse has also introduced new phase arm and conventional cathode circuit rectifier diode modules. These modules are rated at 1800V and 200A, offering improved thermal efficiency for enhanced longevity and reliability. With industry-standard S and A package options, these rectifier modules can support up to 200A of output current, making them well-suited for high-voltage applications like regulated power supplies, lighting circuits, temperature and motor speed control systems, UPS units, and battery chargers.
