Sanhuan Group released new materials for mobile ceramic back cover

In a recent event, Sanhuan Group unveiled its groundbreaking "Three Rings Fire Phoenix" zirconium ceramic material at a conference themed “Breakfast Nirvana Ceramics Freshman.” This innovative material addresses critical challenges in the production of ceramic back covers for mobile devices, including strength, cost, and mass production. The new ceramic solution marks a significant step forward in the evolution of smartphone materials. According to the press briefing, the "Three Rings Fire Phoenix" ceramic boasts exceptional mechanical properties. It features an ultra-high bending strength exceeding 1200 MPa—more than double that of tempered glass (552 MPa). Its fracture toughness is ten times higher than glass, making it far more resistant to crack propagation. Additionally, the material's modulus of elasticity reaches up to 200 GPa, significantly outperforming tempered glass’s 76.7 GPa, which means it resists elastic deformation better. On the hardness scale, it measures between 8 and 8.5 on the Mohs scale, nearly matching sapphire while surpassing the 5–6 range of regular glass. This makes it highly durable against daily wear and tear. Another notable feature is its excellent signal transmission capabilities. Unlike some ceramics, this material does not interfere with wireless signals and exhibits lower dielectric loss compared to tempered glass, making it ideal for future 5G technology. Furthermore, the material comes in multiple colors—black, solid white, and various hues—offering greater customization options for phone manufacturers and users alike. Sanhuan Group has also achieved stable mass production of these ceramic components, ensuring they meet the demands of the mobile phone industry. The company has already partnered with major brands such as Xiaomi, Yijia, and Essential for ceramic phone back covers, while fingerprint sensor covers have been widely adopted by OPPO, VIVO, and Huawei. Zhang Wanzhen, Chairman of Sanhuan Group, highlighted four key advantages of their ceramic materials. First, the material shows significantly lower dielectric loss at high frequencies—nearly 20 times less than glass—making it ideal for 5G applications. Second, diamond zirconia has a natural affinity with human skin, offering a premium feel and aesthetic appeal. Third, the material can be shaped into complex forms, including unibody designs that are challenging for glass to achieve. Finally, its hardness is twice that of glass, making it highly scratch-resistant. Looking ahead, Zhang believes that these advanced ceramic materials will become one of the top choices for future smartphones. This innovation has opened up new opportunities for Sanhuan Group, positioning it at the forefront of the next generation of mobile phone design and manufacturing.

MPPT Solar Charge Controller

MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) solar charge controllers are an essential component in solar power systems. They are used to regulate the charging process and maximize the efficiency of solar panels. By continuously tracking the maximum power point (MPP) of the solar array, MPPT charge controllers ensure that the maximum available power is extracted from the solar panels and delivered to the Battery bank.

MPPT charge controllers with built-in inverters are designed for off-grid solar power systems. In addition to regulating the charging process, they also convert the DC power from the solar panels into AC power that can be used to power household appliances. These charge controllers are commonly used in remote locations where grid power is not available.

MPPT charge controllers with built-in load control are designed to regulate the charging process and control the power output to a specific load. They are commonly used in applications where the solar power is directly used to power specific devices or equipment. They play a crucial role in maximizing the efficiency of solar power systems by continuously tracking the maximum power point of the solar array. Whether it is a standalone controller, a controller with built-in inverters, or a controller with built-in load control, MPPT charge controllers are essential for efficient solar power utilization.
