1. Surface acoustic wave touch screen
(1) Fault 1: Touch deviation phenomenon 1: The position touched by the finger does not coincide with the mouse arrow.
Cause 1: After the driver is installed, there is no vertical touch to the center of the bull's-eye when the correction position is made.
Solution 1: Recalibrate the position.
Phenomenon 2: Some areas are touched accurately, and some areas are touched.
Reason 2: A large amount of dust or scale accumulates on the sound reflection fringes on the periphery of the surface acoustic wave touch screen, which affects the transmission and transmission of the acoustic signal.
Solution 2: Clean the touch screen, pay special attention to clean the sound reflection stripes on the four sides of the touch screen. When cleaning, disconnect the power of the touch screen control card.
(2) Fault 2: Touch no response: When the screen is touched, the mouse arrow has no movement and no position change has occurred.
Reason: There are many reasons for this phenomenon, one by one:
1 The dust or scale accumulated on the sound wave reflection stripe on the periphery of the surface acoustic wave touch screen is very serious, resulting in the touch screen not working;

3 The touch screen control card has failed;
4 The touch screen signal line has failed;
5 The serial port of the computer host has failed;

solve:
1 Observe the touch screen signal indicator. The lamp flashes regularly under normal conditions. It flashes once every second. When the screen is touched, the signal light is always on. After the touch is stopped, the signal light flashes.
2 If the signal light is still in the steady state when there is no touch, first check whether the touch screen needs cleaning; secondly, check whether the serial port number connected to the hardware matches the serial port number set by the software, and whether the serial port of the computer host is working normally.
3 Run the COMDUMP command in the driver disk. This command is a DOS command. Add a space and serial port code 1 or 2 after COMDUMP and touch the screen to see if data is rolled out. If the data is rolled out, the hardware connection is normal. Please check if the software settings are correct and conflict with other hardware devices. If there is no data to roll out, the hardware will fail, and the specific fault point is to be determined.
4 Run the SAWDUMP command in the driver disk. This command is a command under DOS. When running the program, the program will ask for the type of control card, the port number of the connection, and the transmission rate. Then the program will read the relevant data from the control card. Please pay attention to the AGC of the X-axis in the lower left corner of the screen and the #p#page title #e#AGC value of the Y-axis. If the value of any axis is 255, the transducer of the axis will be faulty and need to be repaired.
5 When performing the first calibration after installing the driver, pay attention to the details of the system error. “The control card is not found”, “The touch screen is not connected”, etc., check the corresponding parts according to the prompts. For example, whether the touch screen signal line is firmly connected to the control card, and whether the keyboard takes all the wires to connect with the host. 6 If you still can't get rid of it, ask a professional to repair it.
