Identification method:

I: The interference assay can be used to determine whether the elisa kit detects the antigen of interest, as follows:

(1) The recombinant antibody antigen specific for the kit and the detection antibody in the kit are configured as a mixed incubation solution of antibody: antigen≈1:2

(2) After incubation at 37 ° C for 15 minutes, replace the detection antibody in the original kit

(3) Follow-up operation according to the kit instructions, plus detection of antibodies, enzyme complexes and substrates

(4) After the experiment is completed, the standard curve is tested. If the standard curve is good, the added target antigen and the kit antibody do not match, and the kit detection antibody is directed against the non-target antigen, and the kit is a fake and fake elisa kit.

(5) If the standard curve is wireless, the kit detects that the antibody has been neutralized or interfered with by the antigen of interest, affecting the detection of the actual kit antibody, and the kit detects that the antibody is directed against the antigen of interest.

II: If you have purchased two boxes of the same company's ELISA kits A and B, you can use the crossover experiment to identify whether the ELISA kit is fraudulent, as follows:

(5) After the experiment is completed, two standard curves are detected. If the two standard curves are identical, the same index detected by the two ELISA kits is not the A and B, that is, the kit is a counterfeit ELISA kit.

(6) If the two standard curves are inconsistent, the two indicators of the two ELISA kits are different. The reagent A can only detect A, and can not detect B, that is, the kit is a normal ELISA kit.
