1. Weighing platform maintenance

(1) There should be no foreign objects such as stones and coal in the gap around the platform of the small scale.

(2) Check whether the limit clearance is reasonable, and the limit bolt scale body should not collide.

(3) The connector is serviced every six months, and the support head can be buttered.

(4) It is forbidden to perform arc welding on the weighing platform.

If you need to perform arc welding on the weighing platform, please pay attention to the following points:

1. Disconnect the signal cable from the weighing display controller;
2. The ground wire of the arc welding must be placed near the welded part and firmly contacted on the scale body;
3. Do not use the sensor as part of the arc welding circuit
