Copper clad aluminum wire is bimetallic wire with a copper cladding concentrically covering an aluminum core. Which combines the optimum properties of both metals in a single composite material ideally suited for most electrical conductor applications.The processing method of CCA wire is similar to that of copper wire during cable manufacture.

1) Diameter: 0.10- 6.0mm CCA wire.
2) CCA wire (CCAW) is mainly used as conductor under high-frequency in coaxial cable taking the place of pure copper wire
3) CCA wire (CCAW) is divided into soft state/Annealed ("A" kind) and hard state/Hard drawn ("H" kind) 
4) CCA wire (CCAW) is mainly divided into 10% and 15% according to copper percentage in volume.
5) CCA wire (CCAW) manufacture standard: SJ/T 11223-2000, ASTM B556--04a

G23 Led Plug Light:

Due to customers requirement, we opened our patent shape for LED G23 bulb light, the shortest lengh is 127mm, Power 4W, 400lm.

G23 base LED bulb also can be made as 360degree beam angle. Youtech G23 precently can not compatible with Electric Ballast, due to its space too small to put-in related driver.

G23 6W LED bulb, and G23 8W LED bulb, can exchange the base to GX23 6W LED bulb and GX23 8W Led Bulb Light. both of them can be very thin and very suitable to use as LED Plug light
